Vance to the rescue again! This morning he showed me how to create a Bloglines account (http://bloglines.com) which I can check to see at a glance if any of the many student (and other) blogs I monitor occasionally have a new post. I can stop trying each blog individually only to find nothing new for 6 months. Thanks, Vance!

I have been a Lecturer in English as a Second Language at the University of Maryland, College Park (Maryland English Institute) since 1981. Since beginning my ESL career in France in 1971, I have taught primarily in higher education settings. I also enjoy working with adults from the immigrant community. I live in Gaithersburg, Maryland with my husband Christoforos and our daughter, Vicki.
